ARS Spring Gala 2017: Did you know?

With the Spring Gala quickly approaching, here are the answers to some common questions that have come up! Our team is working hard to make this an event to remember, and we can't wait to see everyone for two amazing days of fun and fellowship supporting ARS.

Is childcare available during the adults-only dinner?

Yes! Our Middle Campus Beta Club students will be providing childcare at the Elementary Campus during the adults-only dinner and live auction. There is no cost to ticketholders. Simply email to sign up, drop your child off at the Elementary Campus on the way to Twisted Oak, and enjoy your evening worry-free!

Can non-ARS families attend the events on Friday or Saturday?

Absolutely! We'd love to welcome our friends in the community to both days of the Spring Gala. Anyone may purchase a ticket to the dinner and live auction. The talent show and silent auction on Saturday is completely free and open to the public.

Can I attend Saturday even if I don't buy a ticket for the dinner on Friday?

The event on Saturday is completely free and open to the public, so even if you aren't able to join us for the dinner and live auction on Friday, we hope you'll make it Saturday to see our incredibly talented student body and snag some great deals in our silent auction!

Is it possible to preview the items in the silent auction and place early bids?

Our silent auction is available online! We're accepting early bids until 11am on Saturay. We'll print the online bid sheets and continue the bidding in-person at our silent auction. Check it out by clicking here! (link:

How can I order my tickets and select my meal choice?

Tickets may be purchased in-person at the Elementary Campus this evening during the board meeting, starting at 6:30. This is the last in-person ticket opportunity. You may also email to reserve your tickets and send your payment into the school (checks payable to ARS). Advance tickets are required to attend the dinner and live auction.

How much will ARS make from this event?

All proceeds from this event go directly to the ARS Annual Fund! This includes ticket sales and auction purchases. The cost of the venue and dinner is covered by our community sponsors, and the event is being organized voluntarily by our team of parents and staff members. We'll use all funds raised by the ARS Spring Gala to continue working toward our mission: to be the best choice for education in North Carolina. Thank you for supporting us in this endeavor.
